Refund and Returns Policy

At Styling Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide a luxury experience from browsing to final use. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.


 

Return Window

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Any return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


 

Eligibility for a Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.

  • You must have proof of purchase (your order number).

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


 

How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@stylingstore4us.com with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Await Instructions: We will review your request and, if it is approved, provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

We do our best to pack every order with care, but sometimes issues can occur during transit.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@stylingstore4us.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund for defective items.


 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
