How to use  

General routine:

1. Cleanse skin and pat dry.

2. For export (cleansing/detox):

   • Apply a detox gel/cream or capsule product (not regular foam cleanser).

   • Select export mode and appropriate gear (1–2 eyes, 3–4 face, 5–6 body).

   • Move the probe slowly in small circles for 5–10 minutes on face, 10–20 minutes on body.

   • Wipe off residue.

3. For import (nutrition):

   • Apply water-based toner, lotion, serum, cream, gel or freeze-dried essence.

   • Switch to import mode, keep the right gear for area.

   • Move in circular or upward lifting strokes.

4. Finish with your usual moisturizer and sunscreen in the daytime.
